Volunteers – The Heart of 1st Pinhoe Scout Group
Behind every adventure at 1st Pinhoe Scout Group is a dedicated team of volunteers who make it all possible. From planning exciting activities to keeping our meetings running smoothly, our volunteers are the reason young people get the opportunities they do – and we’re always looking for more amazing people to join us.

You don’t need to have been in Scouts before, and you don’t need to know how to put up a tent (though we can teach you!). Whether you can give a little time or a lot, there’s a role to suit everyone – from helping at weekly meetings to organising events, supporting behind the scenes, or joining our Trustee Board.

Volunteering with us is fun, rewarding, and flexible. You’ll make a real difference in the lives of young people, gain new skills, meet great people, and be part of something truly positive in the community.

We’re currently looking for volunteers across all age sections – no experience necessary, just enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in!
